Tim Burton
Artist and director Tim Burton is one of the most fascinating filmmakers of his time. His distinctive style has shaped his films, such as Beetlejuice (1988), Batman (1989), Edward Scissorhands (1990), The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Corpse Bride (2005), Alice in Wonderland (2010), and Wednesday (2022), his most recent production for Netflix.
Long before becoming a director, Tim Burton’s genius was expressed through drawing, painting, and photography, which now form an integral part of his creative process. As the inventor of his own mysterious and supernatural aesthetic, Tim Burton is the source of many films and works that have become cinematic classics, with characters that have captured the hearts of generations.

What is The Tim Burton Labyrinth?
It’s a unique immersive experience that combines art, creativity, and technology. Created in collaboration with Tim Burton and his team, this journey invites each visitor to freely explore a non-linear path inspired by the worlds of the iconic filmmaker.
Each person chooses their own route through the labyrinth, making every visit one-of-a-kind. Tim Burton himself describes it as “a fantastic fair.”
Does the exhibition cover the entire universe of Tim Burton?
Yes. The experience is inspired by the artist’s entire universe, including his films, most iconic characters, and other creative expressions.
Does the exhibition include original objects or replicas?
The works of art are originals and are part of the director’s private collection. The sets, characters and costumes present are exact replicas based on his films.
Can I touch the objects?
Yes. All original works are previously unseen and presented to the public for the first time.
Do I have access to all rooms?
Each visitor accesses a different selection of rooms based on the choices they make within the labyrinth. Every route includes the same number of rooms, but the content varies, making each visit unique.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 60 minutes.

Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is available in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from:

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show the QR code from the Fever app or from your confirmation email.
What if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Entry will not be allowed after the time indicated on your ticket.
Can I change or cancel my tickets?
No changes are allowed. A refund is only possible if you purchased the Ticket Insurance service during checkout.
What is the Ticket Insurance service?
This service allows you to change the date and/or time of your tickets. Requests must be made 72–48 hours before your scheduled session by emailing: cdmx@timburtonexhibition.com
What are management fees?
They are additional charges that cover the operational costs of ticket sales.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are not personalized and may be transferred or gifted.

ACCESSIBILITY & LOGISTICS
Can I enter with backpacks or suitcases?
Entry with items larger than 28 x 38 x 13 cm is not allowed.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Is the exhibition accessible for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs?
Yes. The experience is accessible for individuals with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.
Note: We do not offer wheelchairs for rent.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but only single strollers are allowed.
Double strollers are not permitted, and we do not offer a storage area for them. For your convenience, we recommend using baby carriers.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes.
Are there seats available? Can I sit during the experience?
No. The experience is designed to be enjoyed standing and in motion.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Do babies need a ticket?
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) enter for free but must have a complimentary ticket, which is available at the physical box office. A valid ID must be shown at entry (e.g., passport, birth certificate).
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Yes, every person must have a ticket to enter. If you purchase a Premium Ticket for yourself, you must also purchase a Premium Ticket for the child.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SAFETY
Can I take photos or videos?
Photography of the original artworks is not allowed.
You may take pictures of other areas, without flash, and as long as it’s not for commercial or professional use. Feel free to share your experience on social media!
Is the event suitable for people with epilepsy?
Some rooms contain flashing light effects. We advise caution for individuals who are photosensitive or have related conditions.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs. Owners must present proper documentation.
